This upgrade discount doesn’t expire – the exact details might change as we bring out new editions of ArtRage, but we do want to offer an upgrade discount and will continue to find ways to offer it. You can check the price in your local currency for yourself by going to Help > Upgrade to ArtRage 4 inside ArtRage Lite (this just takes you to the online store, and you can change the currency from the drop down up the top of the purchase screen). So you only pay $5 more in total (assuming you didn’t just get Lite free in the first place), and that all basically goes towards internet and transaction fees at our end to cover the costs of offering two different programs and having two separate purchases (because we wanted to keep Lite as cheap as possible while still offering a really good upgrade discount). Base Value: This sets an ‘absolute’ size and opacity based on the actual sticker (so 50% Scale will give you a sticker spray that is half the size of the original sticker image). The three different options you might want to use are: Option One: Clear All Values and set basic values for Scale and Alpha.Īs long as you have some kind of value for Scale (so that it has a size), and Alpha (opacity – so that you can see it!), then you can use it as sticker spray brush. But you can install and create your own custom Sticker Spray brushes. Sticker Sprays are repeating patterns that use Stickers as the images for the stroke, and ArtRage includes a wide range of presets. Any Sticker you add to ArtRage can be used to create a Sticker Spray, and any Sticker Spray can be customised in almost any way that you can think of, so you can use it to create custom brushes using your own images, whether that’s a random scatter of leaves or a specialised pencil effect. The ArtRage Sticker Spray feature is an extremely powerful tool with an intimidating range of options.
